We don’t just hire anyone. Our team of health care professionals has been built over the last 14 years and joining our team is a very selective process. Recruiting and selection are a very big deal to our organization. To adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the health care industry, our agency provides and encourages constant education, seminars and training. Our staff and our clients work together on a care plan that best fits the patient and the family. Prior to getting started we will conduct a physical assessment, review all pertinent medical information, and use the findings to create the best plan for the patient and their family.
